One day our class teacher told us that the headmaster had decided to Visit a place of special interest. All of us voted in favor of Mone-jo-Daro. Moen-jo-Daro is one of the oldest cities in the world. Its ruins are years old.

It is about miles to the north of Karachi on the right bank of the river Indus. It is situated at a distance of 27 kilometers from Larkana. Once it was a rich and busy city. First of all, we visited the museum, where interesting objects found from Mone-jo-Daro, are on exhibition.

These are seals, jewelry, toys, weapons, and painted Pottery. The best find which we liked most, was the head of a bull and a metal statue of a dancing girl.

We drew pictures and took photographs of the interesting parts of the city. All of us were very happy to visit one of the historical places of special interest of our country.
