How to change Active voice into Passive voice?

Here is the chart of Formula that how to change Active voice into Passive voice according to tenses.

Tense	Active Voice	Passive Voice
Simple Present Tense	Sub + V1 + Obj	Obj + am/is/are +V3 + by+ Obj. Pronoun
Simple Past Tense	Sub + V2 + Obj	Obj + was/were +V3 + by+ Obj. Pronoun
Simple Future Tense	Sub + shall/will + V1 + Obj	Obj + will/shall + be + V3 + by+ Obj. Pronoun
Present Continuous Tense	Sub + is/am/are + V1 + ing Obj	Obj + am/is/are + being + V3 + by+ Obj. Pronoun
Past Continuous Tense	Sub + was/were V1 + ing + Obj	Obj + was/were + being + V3 + by+ Obj. Pronoun
Present Perfect Tense	Sub + has/have + V3 + Obj	Obj + has/have + been + V3 + by+ Obj. Pronoun
Past Perfect Tense	Sub + had + V3 + Obj	Obj + had + been + V3 + by+ Obj. Pronoun

There are some Examples of active and passive voice according to tenses:

Simple / Indefinite Tense

1. I write a Letter. (Active voice)

A letter is written by me. (Passive voice)

2. She spoke the truth. (Active voice)

The truth was spoken by me. (Passive voice)

3. He will tease you. (Active voice)

You will not be teased by him. (Passive voice)

Continuous Tense

1. Alia is plucking flowers. (Active voice)

Flowers are being plucked by Alia. (Passive voice)

2. The doctor was examining him. (Active voice)

He was being examined by the doctor. (Passive voice)

Perfect Tense

1. I have sold my old motor bike. (Active voice)

My old motor bike has been sold by me. (Passive voice)

2. I had already seen this movie. (Active voice)

This movie had already been seen by me. (Passive voice)

3. Hari will have killed a snake. (Active voice)

A snake will have been killed by Hari. (Passive voice)
